Submit payment confirmation after rent payment
After completing rent payment by UPI, QR code, or bank transfer, please submit the payment confirmation form with the transaction details and screenshot.
Keep common areas clear
Please avoid storing personal items, garbage bags, footwear, boxes, or household materials in shared access areas unless specifically permitted.
Standard Reminders
- Rent and applicable maintenance charges should be paid on or before the due date stated in the signed agreement.
- Use the tenant portal for payment information, maintenance requests, handbook, and rental terms summary.
- Report repair issues early to prevent further damage.
- Do not make electrical, plumbing, drilling, fixture, or structural changes without approval.
- Keep shared spaces clean and avoid disturbing other residents and neighbors.
- For urgent safety or property-damage issues, contact directly.
